I as a passenger of Our best life I understand there are inherited risks in being a passenger of a boat and the activities of Adventures in Paradise. With this understanding, I release Adventure of Paradise of any liability.
I understand that boating is a water activity and there is a possibility I could get wet including items I bring on board.
I understand that I cannot stand in the boat while it is moving and that I’m responsible for any injury that may happen if I don’t comply with this rule.
I understand that I will only enter and exit the boat from the stern (rear) with the captain assisting me in entering and exiting the boat.
I understand that I’m responsible for informing the captain of my or my family’s need for a life jacket. I understand that life jackets are required by Florida law for ages 6 and under.
I understand that if I’m a parent or guardian of a minor I’m responsible for their welfare.
I understand that I will be exposed to the environment including the sun. It is my responsibility to have sunblock and to apply it to myself and minor family members.
I understand that due to the size of Our best life, they are exempt from ADA (American Disability Act). I understand at Our best life’s discretion they will consider dogs on a case-bycase basis.
At Our best life’s discretion, they will consider allowing light alcohol (wine and beer) on board, keeping in mind we are not a party boat. Call before and advise the captain.
I understand that the captain has full authority over the trip. He or she may make any decision concerning any issue including weather and if the trip needs to be shortened or redirected.
All claims and disputes arising under or relating to this waiver and our activities with Our best life Inc. are to be settled by binding arbitrations in the state of Florida and Duval County or another location mutually agreeable to the parties.
